A desktop Wheel of Fortune game programmed with Java. Arguably one of the more frustrating projects of my college career,
but also one of the most rewarding.
A month and a half into my Java class, our professor partnered us up and tasked us with creating a Java game. My partner
and I chose Wheel of Fortune because, compared to the other choices (Battleship, Chess, Monopoly), it seemed like one of the simpler choices.
But oh how wrong we were.
Long story short, programming this game was really difficult. We weren't as experienced with Java at the time and we had to make a lot
of tough decisions, like replacing the famous Wheel with a simpler "Spin" button. It was also an excellent lesson in teamwork and realizing
our strengths. Divvying up the responsibilites equally was a challenge, but we eventually got there.
